Paradise Valley Bank (Proposed) Advisory Board

Paradise Valley Bank (Proposed) is cutting edge in many ways, such as creating an Advisory Board. An integral part of our success will be due to the creation and use of a very strong Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will consist of persons of influence in our community with extensive relationships and networks in the general business community.

Our advisors will be invited to regular meetings with senior management and the Board of Directors. The collective expertise of our advisors insures that the Bank will always be a step ahead in our ability to exceed our customer's expectations.

The Bank will have a highly developed marketing program in which the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board have active roles. These individuals will give the Bank the ability to grow loans and deposits. The Advisory Board will be expected to:

• Assist the bank in better understanding the needs of the market
• Provide feedback as to our strengths and weaknesses
• Generate new banking service ideas
• Actively market the Bank's services to potential customers

Paradise Valley Bank (Proposed) is excited about partnering with the Advisory Board to build the bank through offering targeted products and services to our community. The relationship banking style will benefit the customers and shareholders.
