T. Michael Daggett graduated from Arizona State University in 1968, earning a Bachelor of Administration degree in English. Continuing his education,
Michael then attended Syracuse University where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1971. Following graduation, Michael served a law
clerkship for one year with the Federal District Court of Arizona. He then joined one of the largest law firms in the Phoenix area, Lewis & Roca,
where he began practicing law. Gaining valuable experience during his three years with that company, Michael made the decision to establish his own
private law firm. After approximately ten years in general litigation, he began to expand his business experience and legal knowledge into the field
of real estate development. As an investor and developing partner in several real estate companies, Michael has been instrumental in the development
of twenty-five major commercial projects in Arizona, Colorado and Texas, as well as, numerous residential ventures. His real estate experience in
acquisitions and dispositions, financing, commercial leasing, real estate development and litigation has given him a unique experience in real estate
and finance. In addition to his real estate experience, Michael's legal expertise extends into regulation and compliance of financial institutions,
creditor rights, general business and de novo bank formation. In 2002, he joined one of the nation’s largest law firms, Stinson Morrison Hecker, where
he continues to utilize his expertise in bank representation. Additionally, Michael founded Advantage Land Title Agency, L.L.C. in 2007, and presently
serves as the company's Co-managing member. Michael is an active member in many professional organizations including the Arizona Banker's Association,
Arizona Bar Association and Maricopa County Bar Association. He is also committed to giving back to the community through various charitable organizations.
Michael is married to his lovely wife, Robin, and enjoys participating in a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, traveling, and bird watching.
